Privacy notice

For the Alinea waitlist. Last updated: 2 October 2026.

Who is responsible

Alinea (alineahq.com) is responsible for the personal data collected on this site. Alinea is a project in development and not yet a company. Contact: alineahq@proton.me.

What we collect, and why

When you join the waitlist, we store what you enter in the form: your email address, your role, your organization's sector, your answers to two questions about AI agents and regulation, whether you agree to a follow-up, and what made you sign up. We also store which link brought you here.

We use this to send you occasional updates about Alinea and, only if you ticked the box, to ask you once for a follow-up conversation. We also count and summarize answers, without names or email addresses, to learn whether the problem described on this page is one people recognize.

We don't sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the services below.

Legal basis

Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us; that doesn't affect anything done before you withdrew.

Who processes it for us

How long we keep it

We delete your waitlist data within 12 months of your sign-up, or sooner when you ask.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, to restrict its use, or to object to it. Email us and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Cookies

This site and its form set no cookies and store nothing in your browser, so there is nothing to consent to before you decide to sign up.
